Jessica Fithen is a US Army veteran and former air traffic controller who first discovered strength sports in 2017 at the age of 33. She quickly fell in love with the sport of strongman and realized early success, winning the HW division of the Arnold Amateur in 2018, and the title of Strongest Woman in the World in 2019. Late last year she created the brand “You Look Like A Man” which was founded to combat the negativity women face in athletics. YLLAM now has over 35,000 followers on Instagram and continues to grow each day. Jessica lives in the Midwest with her husband, 15 year old son, and three dogs.
